RecruitTECH 2009 will be held at the Canberra Business Event Centre, Regatta Point in Canberra, ACT on Friday 18 September 2009.

The Canberra Business Event Centre is situated in the most beautiful location in Canberra, with panoramic views across Lake Burley-Griffin to the national instituions on the far bank, including the National Library of Australia, the National Gallery of Australia and the High Court of Australia.

RecruitTECH 2009 will be held during Canberra’s spring Floriade festival and the conference facility is located adjacent to the festival grounds.  Car parking is available in the Floriade parking areas on the western side of Commonwealth Avenue.  Temporary pedestrian traffic lights are set up on Commonwealth Avenue for the duration of Floriade, providing easy access to the conference facility.

Visitors from interstate are encouraged to book accommodation in nearby Canberra city (also known as Civic), as the conference facility is a short walk from city hotels.  Accommodation should be booked as early as possible, as Floriade is a popular time for tourism in the capital city and many hotels have limited rooms.
